Title：Meeting with the Italian EIE Group

　　Abstract：The EIE Group has been responsible for the construction of several medium to large optical and radio telescopes, including the E-ELT (European Extremely Large Telescope) of 39 m of diameter. During the meeting EIE personnel will present its expertise and discuss possible participation in the design and construction of future Chinese observing facilities. The meeting will have four parts: 1) Presentation of the EIE Group, its expertise and current projects. 2) Presentation of planned Chinese astronomical observing facilities. 3) Discussion about possible participation of EIE. 4) Actions.
