题目： Grain Growth and Dust Processing in Protoplanetary Disks
摘要：How do planets form remains an unresolved question in planetary science. Based on the current understanding, planets, including the ones in our solar system, begin to form in the so-called protoplanetary disks that are composed of gas and dust. With initial sizes comparable to interstellar medium dust, dust grains coagulate and grow within these disks, and are eventually assembled to larger entities, such as pebbles and planetesimals. Meanwhile, their composition will also change during this long journey. In this talk, I will give an overview of dust growth and processing in protoplanetary disks, and their implication on disk evolution, from both observation and theoretical modeling aspects. Highlights on some of the recent progresses in this field with ALMA will be presented as well.
