This workshop will conclude the research of submillimeter-wave receiver technology in eastern Asia in the past ten years, and  discuss the development and application in the future. The topics are:

　  ·Discussion on the development of large project: ALMA, SMA.

　  ·Discussion on the technology of superconducting SIS and HEB mixers.

　  ·Discussion on the development of superconducting receivers at submillimeter wavelength.

　 ·Submillimeter direct detector and image technologies.

　 ·Research collaborations in eastern-asia area and future plan.

　(The workshop will cover 4 days, from November 26-29 , with a  full-day science program.)
